摘要
研究不同经济状况农户在大病冲击下的筹资能力和筹资行为,有助于深入理解大病农户的筹资约束,为农村医改措施的实施与完善提供农户层面的微观证据。为此,采用1 105个农户调查数据,通过理论分析、交叉分析和最优尺度回归分析,揭示大病农户的筹资能力和筹资行为。研究结论表明:贫困程度越高的大病农户筹资约束问题越严重,而贫困农户"因贫致病"、"因病致贫"和"因病致病"的风险则更大。
This article is to study on the rural households’ financing capabilities and financing behaviors under serious illness,which contributes to understand the financing constraints of serious illness households,and provide microscopic evidence of household level for implementing and improving rural medical reform measures.Through theoretical analysis,contingency table analysis and optimal scaling regression analysis,1105 rural household survey data are adopted.We find that serious illness has negative influence on financing capabilities at the 0.1 level of significance,though it is weak.Using saving,food consume decreasing,crop selling,livestock selling,and work increasing are different between different economic class serious illness households below the 0.1 level of significance.The result shows that,the poorer the serious illness households are,the more serious of financing constraints they exit,and the larger the risks of ＂fell back into illness due to poverty＂,＂fell back into poverty due to illness＂ and ＂fell back into illness due to illness＂ exist.
