增温催芽及苗期补光对烤烟种子萌发及生长的影响 被引量:6

The Effects of Increasing Temperature to Accelerate Germination and Supplementing Lighting in the Seedling Period on Germination and Growth of Tobacco Seeds

摘要 为克服湖南烟稻轮作烟区冬春季育苗光照不足的障碍,利用育苗工厂闲置烤房进行增温催芽,并采用蓝光与红光1:1比例的LED灯对春季封盘后烟苗进行补光,以研究催芽及补光技术及其对烟草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,烤房增温催芽能有效缩短烤烟种子萌发时间15 d以上,并且能明显提高烤烟种子出芽速度和整齐度;烤房温度控制在25~30℃,种子5 d左右萌发出苗较为适宜。悬挂1 m的600 WLED灯补光对烟苗生长有明显的促进作用;云烟87烤烟种子的催芽出苗速度和补光出叶速率均快于K326,说明不同烤烟品种对光温的敏感性存在差异;经补光处理的烟苗移栽后生长率、株高和茎围均大于对照。 In order to overcome the barrier of insufficient light in the nursery of tobacco in the tobacco-rice rotation areas in Hunan Province in winter and spring, the influences of increasing temperature to accelerate germination in the barn and supplementary lighting with the combination of LEDs of blue and red light at a ratio of 1:1 on germination and seedling growth were studies. The results showed that: with barn germination, the seed germination time was shortened by at least 15 days, the germination speed and uniformity of tobacco seedlings were significantly improved, the suitable conditions were : the temperature between 25 - 30 ℃, the seed germination period 4 - 5 days. LEDs light of 600 W and 1 m of height significantly promotied seedling growth; the seed germination speed and seedling leafing rate of Yunyan 87 were higher than those of K326, showing the differences in light and temperature sensitivity among different flue -cured tobacco varieties; the seedling growth rate, the plant height and the stem girth of the seedlings treeted with supplementary light were greater than those of the control.
