摘要
目的掌握广西百色市1～6岁儿童在接种百白破联合疫苗(DPT)常规免疫后白喉的免疫状况,为制定白喉的防制策略提供科学依据。方法按现况研究的原理,全市12个县(区),每个县(区)各抽取150名儿童,每个县在东、西、南、北、中五个方位随机抽取5个行政村,每个行政村抽取6个年龄组(1～6岁儿童),每个年龄组抽取5名常住儿童(当地居住3个月以上),收集血清样本进行白喉抗体检测。结果全市共调查1～6岁儿童1 800名,其中白喉IgG(DTIgG)≥0.01 IU/mL有1 682人,保护率为93.44%,DTIgG平均含量为0.16 IU/mL。结论百色市1～6岁儿童接种百白破联合疫苗(DPT)后,免疫抗体居于高水平状态,并形成了牢固的免疫屏障,预测百色市近年不会有白喉流行。
Objective The present study was conducted to find out the status of immunity against diphtheria after DPT （ Diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccine） vaccination in children aged from 1 to 6 years in Baise city, Guangxi to provide a scientific basis for the development of strategies for diphtheria control and prevention. Methods This survey was carried out in the 12 counties of the Baise city, 5 villages were selected from different locations （east, west, north, south and cen-ter） in each county. 150 permannent residential children were selected and serum samples were collected to detect diphthe- ria antibodies in each county, 30 children were divided into 6 age groups, 5 children in each group in each villege. Results 1 800 children were investigated, 1 682 children＇s diphtheria IgG（ DTIgG）≥0.01 IU/mL, the protection rate was 93.44%, the average content for DTIgG was 0.16 IU/mL in detected children. Conclusion The outcome of DPT vaccina- tion is well developed among children 1-6 years in Baise city, and a solid immune barrier has been maintained. A diphthe-ria epidemic is not likely to occur in coming years in the city in predication.
