摘要 目的总结甘肃省2010年麻疹减毒活疫苗强化免疫活动,评价麻疹强化免疫活动效果。方法收集甘肃省MV强化免疫报表数据,采用描述性方法对相关数据进行流行病学分析。结果甘肃省2010年MV强化免疫共接种1 272 003人,报告接种率和快速评估接种率均>95%;免前血清阳性率为90.34%,免后血清阳性率97.62%,免疫成功率为99.09%。结论甘肃省2010年MV强化免疫后麻疹发病显著降低,达到了预期效果。 Objective To summarize the strenghtened immune activity in 2010 about Measles vaccine , Live ( MV). Methods The data in reported forms from MV streghtened immunization in Gansu province were collected, which were an-alysed in epidemiology by the descriptive statistical method. Results The total amount of people in herd immunization of MV streghtened immunization is 1 272 003, and both of the reported vaccine inoculation rate and rapid assessment inocula-tion rate are more than 95%. The serum positive rate was increased to 97.62% after strengthened vaccination from 90.34% before the vaccination and the success rate is 99.09%. Conclusion The incidence of measles was decreased ob- viously after MV strengthened vaccination which has achieved the expected result.
