摘要
研究了瓶插处理方式下 ,不同生长调节剂IAA、GA、 6 -BA和多效唑对香石竹切花瓶插保鲜效果的影响 ,观察并记录切花的瓶插品质及瓶插寿命。结果表明 :几种植物生长调节剂中 ,以 6 -BA对香石竹切花瓶插保鲜效果最好 ,不仅延长瓶插寿命 ,还使其花朵增大 。
The cutting flower of Dianthus caryophyllus was cultivated in vase and the effect of exogenous hormone IAA, GA, 6-BA and PP 333 on fresh maintenance of cutting flower was studied, the quality and the fresh-keeping time for cutting flower were observed. The result showed that 6-BA has the best effect on fresh maintenance of cutting flower.It can not only extend the fresh-keeping time for cutting flower but also can make flowers larger and more bright.
