摘要
试验结果表明 :多效唑对丝石竹 (GypsophilaelegansBieb .)试管苗有明显的矮化和延缓生长作用。它与生长素 (NAA)配合使用 ,能加快成苗速度 ,且其苗健壮 ;与 6 BA配合使用可有效提高分化芽的增殖系数 ,分化芽粗壮 ,叶色深绿 ,移栽成活率高。光照和温度对丝石竹试管苗壮苗生长也有明显影响 ,光照度大 (>350 0lx) ,光照时间长 (每日照光 16h以上 ) ,温度低 (18~ 2 0℃ ) ,具有明显壮苗作用 ,移栽成活率高。
Test results indicated that PP 333 had evidently dwarfing effect on the tube shoots of Gypsophila elegans Bieb. Combination it with NAA could accelerate robust tube shoots formation.Combination it with 6 BA could promote effectively multiplication of the shoots and produce strong shoots with dark green leaves and high transplanting survival rate.Illumination(indensity over 3 500 lx,time of more than 16 h per day)and temperature(beneath 20℃)affected obviously strengthening growth of the tube shoots and facilitated transplanting survival rate.
