摘要
发展大学生党员是巩固党的执政地位和改善党员队伍结构的重要工作,也是培养合格的中国特色社会主义建设者和可靠接班人的基本要求。高等院校在学生党员发展工作中虽然取得了显著成绩,但也存在一些薄弱环节。构建"两级建校、三级培训"的教育模式,进一步完善推优机制、联合培养机制、审查考察机制、质量评估机制和继续教育机制等长效机制,是全面提高学生党员发展质量的有效路径。
Recruiting excellent college students into the Party is an important work of consolidating the CPC＇s ruling position and improving the structure of the Party members as well as the necessary requirement of fostering the qualified builders and successors to the socialism with Chinese characteristics. In universities, the job of fostering students party member has earned some obvious achievements, but there exists some defects. To perfect the job, we must construct a new education model, that is, the lasting - effect mechanism must be insisted on including best - choice, coordinating foster, censorship, evaluation and continuing education.
