摘要
共同愿景在企业中被广泛使用,并且行之有效。根据学生组织和共同愿景的特征,将共同愿景从企业带入高校学生组织建设,在学生组织中从学生的个人愿景建立学生组织的共同愿景,可以增强学生组织的凝聚力和活力。
The organizations and the concept ＂shared vision＂ is widely used in shared vision, we bring such concept into the whole organizalion through the stimulation organization. enterprises effectively.
