摘要
以辽宁省新建的4所本科院为研究对象,探讨了新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠状况及其克服对策问题。研究结果表明,新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠程度随着辅导员工作任职时间的长短而发生变化,其中,任职10年以上的辅导员,其职业倦怠状况与国内其他学者研究的结果基本一致,并且存在着提前发展的倾向;情绪衰竭是新建本科院校辅导员职业倦怠的基本表现形式。造成辅导员职业倦怠的复杂原因,既有来自辅导员自身的原因,也有来自学校与社会的原因。为此,要从正确处理学校与家庭的双重压力、加强辅导员职业能力培训、校内的各种改革要循序渐进以及加强辅导员的心理健康教育等四个方面来缓解与降低辅导员职业倦怠的程度。
The job burnout situation of political and ideological assistants in four newly - built colleges in Liaoning province was investigated. It was found that their job burnout changed with their working time. The results of the assistants with over ten year job experience were almost the same as those of other scholars, but tending to develop earlier. Sentimental exhaustion was the basic expression of their job burnout. Reasons for the job burnout were comprehensive, coming from themselves, the college as well as the society. To relieve the job burnout, measures of correctly dealing with the pressures from their homes and the college, strengthening the professional skill training, properly arranging the process of reforms internal the colleges and improving their psychological health should be taken.
