新建本科院校教师心理压力、心理健康及其心理干预——以辽东学院为例 被引量:1

Newly Built Undergraduate Course Colleges and Universities Teachers' Psychological Pressure,Mental Health and Psychological Intervention:Taking Eastern Liaoning University as an Example

摘要 针对新建本科院校教师心理压力问题,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编高校教师心理压力问卷作为研究工具,研究教师心理压力的形成及对心理健康的危害,结果表明:高校教师心理压力排在前3位的是:职场压力、管理压力和人际压力;心理压力与心理健康之间存在着显著相关。采取团体心理辅导、箱庭疗法、团体行为训练、心理讲座、个别心理咨询等措施对教师进行心理干预,后测实验证明,这些心理干预措施明显改善了高校教师的心理健康状况。 Reasons for the formation of psychological pressure and its harm to the health of teachers in newly built undergraduate course colleges and universities were studied with the symptom checklist ( SCL - 90) and self - compiled psychological stress questionnaire. The results showed that the workplace stress, management stress and interpersonal stress rank the first three ; psychological pressure and psychological health are significantly correlated. Accordingly, methods such as group psychological counseling, sandplay therapy, group behavior training, psychological lectures, individual psychological counseling and psychological intervention were used to deal with the problem. The posttest results demonstrated that these psychological interventions could remarkably improve the college teachers' mental health.
