摘要
针对区域经济和产业结构优化对服装专业人才需求的变化,及对职业岗位和职业素质的重适应性,通过分析岗位和典型工作过程,将工作过程的职业能力转化为课程内容,以工作过程为导向,引入高职服装专业课程群的建设思路,解决课程的层次化和有序化。实践表明,这是培养高素质、综合性的技能型人才的有效途径,提高学生服装生产与管理的职业能力,实现了毕业生岗位就业的宽适应。
Position demands and typical working process of garment production were analyzed. Accordingly, professional skills needed in the working process are included in the courses, thus formulating several course groups for garment specialty in higher vocational colleges. The practical results show that the professional quality and skills of the students are improved.
