摘要
川芎嗪 5 0～ 2 0 0mg/kg灌胃给药 ,可显著抑制小鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀、巴豆油性耳肿胀、二甲苯致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生、大鼠巴豆油性肉芽囊肿的组织增生、抑制小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞的游走反应 。
The anti inflammatory effects of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) was studied in this paper.The paw edema induced by carrageenin,ear swelling resulted from croton oil,the increase of skin capillary permeability caused by xylene,the weight of cotton pellet grahuloma and the chemotaxis of WBC induced by CMC in mice and the weight of croton oil gas cyst in rats were inhibited by TMP significantly by i.g. at 50～ 200 mg/kg .The inflammation induced by scald in mice were also suppressed markedly.
