摘要
目的研究比较不同产地黄芩中总黄酮含量差异。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地黄芩中总黄酮的含量。结果5个不同产地黄芩，总黄酮含量为10．20％-12．57％，以山东莒县的黄芩中总黄酮含量最高。结论黄芩中总黄酮含量因产地不同而存在一定的差异。
Objective Comparative studies of total flavonoids in different habitats of Scutellada baicalensis. Methods UV-spectrophotometry determination of total flavonoids was used in the different origin of Scutellaria baicalensis. Results From 5 different areas of the herb, total flavonoid content was anong 10.20%-12.57%, The flavonoid content of the herb in Shandong Juxian was the highest. Conclusion There were some differences of total flavonoid content because of different origin in Scutellaria baicalensis.
