摘要
阐述了体育行政奖励的概念和结构,以及体育行政奖励动力机制与运行机制,运用博弈论、行为经济学、管理学、心理学等多学科理论,分析了我国体育现有行政奖励机制中存在的问题及原因,并提出了对策:体育行政部门对体育事业和体育产业发展的有效介入;创新体育行政奖励机制,调动体育市场机制"看不见的手"的作用;制定合理规范的体育产业、群众体育指标体系;制定合理实用的体育行政奖励机制。
This paper expiates on concept, structure, dynamic mechanism and operation mechanism ot sports ao- ministrative award on the basis of game theory, behavioral economics, management theory and psychological theory. Problems and countermeasures are analyzed. It is proposed that sports administrative departments should intervene effectively in sports and sports industry development. Innovation of the sports administrative award system can yield functions in regulating sports marketing. Meanwhile, reasonable and standard sports industry, sports for all index system should be established.
