摘要
见义勇为是个道德问题,同时又是个法律问题。见义勇为法律化的首要问题是对之应有一明确的界定。应充分发挥道德与法律的互动作用,强化对见义勇为的法律控制,制定见义勇为人员保护法。
The action of taking up the cudgels for a just cause is always interpreted as a moral issue, but it is a legal one at the same time. The paramount problem for legitimating such a type of actions is to give them a clear definition. We ought to strengthen the interaction between moral and law, and the legal controlling over such actions. Meanwhile, a law of protecting those who have taken up the cudgels for a just cause must be drafted.
