摘要
为了研究中小型科技创业企业风险投资绩效评价指标体系的构建问题,本文对中小型科技创业企业风险投资绩效评价的必要性进行分析,从理论上分析了中小型科技创业企业风险投资绩效的形成过程,在此基础上结合中小型科技创业企业的特点,借鉴相关文献从财务和非财务两个维度初步构建了中小型科技创业企业风险投资绩效评价的理论体系;通过隶属度、相关性和鉴别力分析的方法,筛选出23个指标构成最终的评价指标体系,以期为科学投资决策提供依据。
In order to study the performance evaluation system of the small and medium-sized hi-tech venture enterprise,this paper analyzes the necessity of the performance evaluation of risk investment of the small and medium-sized hi-tech venture enterprise,and the formation process of risk investment performance of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the theoretical analysis.Then,the paper constructs a theoretical system of the performance evaluation system of the small and medium-sized hi-tech venture enterprise on the base of its characteristics and by summarizing the relevant literature from both financial and non-financial dimensions.Finally,the paper screens out the final evaluation index system composed of 23 indicators,in order to provide a basis for decision-makers to make scientific decisions.
