摘要
以304不锈钢作为实验材料,使用YAG激光器进行振镜扫描点焊实验,速度为20点/s。实验详细研究了激光束入射到试样表面的角度变化对焊点形貌的影响。此外,对激光脉冲能量以及脉冲宽度的变化对焊点表面直径的影响做了深入研究。实验结果表明,随入射角的增加,熔宽增大,但熔长逐渐减小。随脉冲能量和脉冲宽度的增加,焊点表面直径增大,并且脉冲能量对焊点表面直径的影响明显大于脉冲宽度的影响。
Nd:YAG laser was used to weld the 304 stainless steel through galvanometer scanning spot welding at speed of 20 spots per second. The effect of the changing incident angle of laser beam to the sample surface on the shape of welding spot was amply researched. In addition, the changes of the laser pulse energy and the pulse width to affect the surface diameter of the welding spot were investigated. From the experimental results, it is found that as the laser incident angle increases, the bead width increases while the bead length decreases, as the pulse energy and pulse width increase, the surface diameter of the welding spot increases. The results indicate that the pulse energy has more effects on the surface diameter than the pulse width.
