摘要
采用气相色谱法 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物 ,在SE_30毛细石英玻璃柱上进行分离测定。方法的标准偏差 0 49,0 42。该方法对两种有效成分测定的变异系数分别为 0 46 %和0 53% ,回收率分别为 98 96 %～ 10 0 2 5%和 99 2 3%～ 10 0 18%。
A method was analysised by GC on SE_30 Capillary column.Di_n_buyl phthalase was used as the internal standard.The standard deviation,coefficient of variation and recovery were 0.49 ,0.42,0.46%,0.53%,99.46%～100.25%,99.23%～100.18%.
