三点弯曲梁法研究混凝土断裂能及其试件尺寸影响 被引量:19

Fracture energy of concrete and its variational trend in size effect studied by using three-point bending beams

摘要 采用不同体积、厚度、跨度、高度4个系列计14组最大尺寸为2400min×600mm×600mm的三点弯曲切口梁试件测试了混凝土断裂能GF.结果表明,断裂能有随试件体积的增大而增大、随试件跨度增大而减小的趋势。当试件厚度大于200mm后,断裂能与试件厚度无关。随试件高度的增大,断裂能也随之增大.因此,混凝土断裂能同断裂韧度KIC-样存在着明显的尺寸效应现象,其变化规律也基本一致. Fracture energy GF of concrete is determined by using 14 groups of the notched three-point bending beams which consist of four series of volumes, thicknesses,lengths and depths with the maximum dimensions 2 400mm×600 mm ×600mm. It is found that the larger the volumes and depths of the beams are, the larger are the values of fracture energy measured from these beams; the larger the lengths of the beams are, the smaller are their values. It is also shown that the measured fracture energy of concrete is independent of the thicknesses of beams when the thicknesses of beams are larger than 200 mm. Therefore, the fracture energy GF of concrete is dependent on the sizes of beams as significantly as the fracture toughness KIC of concrete does. And the variational trend in size effect on frature energy of concrete is consistent with the one on fracture toughness of concrete.
