摘要
对复合材料Ⅱ型层间断裂韧性试验方法进行了研究。研究结果表明:用ENF方法测定GⅡC时,裂纹长度应在0.4≤a/L≤0.85范围内选取;对应于Ⅰ型裂纹前缘和未预裂的裂纹前缘的GⅡC大于由Ⅱ型裂纹前缘得到的GⅡC;疲劳预制出的Ⅱ型裂纹前缘和静态预制出的裂纹前缘得出相同的GⅡC结果;试件尺寸和加载速率对试验结果没有影响。
In this paper,test method of mode Ⅱ interlaminar fracture toughness of composites was studied. The results indicated that crack length should be selected in the range of 0.4≤a/L≤0.85 when using ENF method to determine GⅡC,GⅡC data obtained from crack tip precrecked with mode Ⅰloading and unprecracked crack tip are great than that from crack tip precracked with mode Ⅱ loading,the crack tips precracked by fatigue and static loading induce same GⅡC results,and the specimen geometry and loading rate have no influence on ENF test results.
