摘要
目的是采用HPLC法建立萹蓄配方颗粒的指纹图谱分析方法。采用HPLC法,以Megres5-C18(Hanbon,250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长为0~15 min,260 nm,15~65 min,350 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果表明,构建的指纹图谱共有7个共有峰,各批次萹蓄配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.95以上,可用于萹蓄配方颗粒的定性鉴别。结论是,建立的指纹图谱重现性好,可为提高萹蓄配方颗粒的质量控制提供有益的信息。
The purpose is to use fingerprint analysis method Polygonum aviculare granules formulation H_PLC method.
