摘要
在推力轴承油膜刚度二维热弹流动力润滑计算有限单元法基础上,进一步考虑了油膜温度沿油膜厚度方向的变化,进行了轴瓦的热传导计算,首次采用有限单元法进行了推力轴承的三维热弹流动力润滑计算,并提出了计算模型。计算结果与实测值比较有很高的精度,比过去的计算结果更加准确。
In Reference the finite element method calculating stiffness coefficient of thrust bearing through two-dimensional thermoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication calculation is presented. Based on this method,the temperature variation across the fluid film is taken into consideration, and the heat conduction analysis of bearing solids is made. The finite element model is formed of three dimensional thermoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication for the first jime. Good agreement is got between tbe set test results and the thermoelastic hydrodynamic solutions. The analysis results are more exact than those of previous calculations.
