摘要
介绍了推力轴承油膜刚度的近似计算公式:采用有限元法进行了推力轴承的二维 热弹流动力润滑计算.考虑了粘度-温度关系,并利用有限单元法计算了轴瓦的热变 形和机械变形;在轴承瓦块瓦厚方向近似采用线性分布温度场,并且考虑了水冷管网 的冷却作用.在求得了油膜的压力场之后,利用偏导数法计算了油膜的动力刚度系数。 最后以葛洲坝机组为实例进行了计算,计算结果与实测值吻合得较好。
The approximative calculating methods are introduced at first. The finite element method is presented for the equations governing the two dimensional steady thermoelastic hydrodynamic behaviour of liquid lubricated thrust bearings. The lubricant viscosity is taken as a function of the temperature distribution in the fluid film. Thermo and elastic distortions of the bearing solids are included in the analysis, which are calculated with finite element method. The stiffness coefficient of the fluid film is calculated at the same time. Good agreement is got between the set test results and thermoelastic hydrodynamic solutions.
