摘要
目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗宫颈良性病变的临床应用价值。方法对2011年—2012年在我院诊断为宫颈良性病变的186例患者进行LEEP刀治疗,术中观察手术时间、出血量,术后对病理结果及术后恢复情况进行回顾性分析。结果患者白带增多症状缓解率为94.1%。宫颈检查:治愈181例,治愈率为97.3%;有效5例,其中2例宫颈轻度糜烂,3例宫颈口肉芽组织增生,经再次治疗后均痊愈。术后病理符合率高,筛查出癌前病变2例。结论 LEEP刀适用于各种良性宫颈病变,简单方便,疗效确切,出血少,值得在妇科门诊推广应用。
Objective Discussion on Leep knife （LEEP） for the treatment of cervical benign lesion clinical application value. Methods About 2011-2012 years in our hospital diagnosed as benign cervical lesions in 186 patients were Leep knife treatment, Intraoperative observation of operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative pathological findings and postoperative recovery were retrospectively analyzed. Results Leep patients symptom relief rate was 94.1%. Cervical screening： 181 cases were cured, the cure rate was 97.3%.In 5 cases, including 2 cases of cervical erosion in 3 cases of mild, cervical hyperplasia of granulation tissue, again after treatment were cured by. Postoperative pathological high coincidence rate, screening out of 2 cases of precancerous lesion. Conclusion Leep knife is suitable for a variety of benign cervical lesions, is simple and convenient, effective, less bleeding, worth in gynecological clinic application.
