柴胡黄芩配伍应用对小鼠急性癫痫模型的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:观察柴胡黄芩配伍应用对小鼠急性癫痫模型的影响。方法:60只昆明小鼠被随机分为6组,即模型组(A组),柴胡黄芩5∶2组(B组),柴胡黄芩1∶1组(C组),柴胡组(D组),黄芩组(E组),地西泮组(F组),每组各10只,制备小鼠最大电休克(MES)急性癫痫模型;另取180只昆明小鼠按上述分组方法分别制备小鼠戊四氮(PTZ)、士的宁(STR)、匹罗卡品(PLCP)急性癫痫模型。结果:B、F组可显著降低MES小鼠惊厥率(P<0.05),明显延长PTZ小鼠发作性阵挛潜伏期、发作性强直潜伏期以及死亡潜伏期(P<0.05),以及STR小鼠死亡潜伏期(P<0.01)。仅F组可延长PLCP小鼠强直及死亡潜伏期(P<0.01)。结论:柴胡黄芩配伍应用有抗惊厥、抗癫痫作用,其中以柴胡黄芩5∶2组效果最为明显。 This study was aimed to observe the effect of on acute epileptic mice model. Sixty Kunming mice were Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility randomly divided into 6 groups, which were the model group (group A), dosage proportion of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae is 5:2 group (group B), dosage proportion of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae is 1:1 group (group C), Radix Bupleuri group (group D), Radix Scutellariae (group E) and diazepam group (group F). There were 10 mice in each group. Maximal of electroshock seizure (MES) was applied in the experimental mice to establish acute epilepsy mice model. Another 180 Kun- ming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, which were the Pentetrazole (PTZ), Strychnine (STR) and Pilo- carpine (PLCP) in mice model of acute seizure. The results showed that group B and F can significantly reduce the rate of eclampsia among MES models (P 〈 0.05). Group B and F can significantly prolong the onset of PTZ clonic epileptic mice with acute incubation period, death incubation period (P 〈 0.05), and STR convulsions in the mouse model (P 〈 0.01). Only group F can prolong the latency of stiff onset and the death incubation period in PLCP model (P 〈 0.01). It was concluded that the compatibility of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae has the anticonvulsant and antiepileptic effect. The effect is most obvious when the dosage proportion of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae is 5:2.
