摘要
当前军事斗争准备新要求对武器装备质量的需求日益突出,而技术状态管理在装备质量保证中起着越来越重要的作用.根据GJB 3206A-2010标准特点,分析了承担武器装备研制与生产的军工企业技术状态管理存在的问题及产生的原因,提出了进一步完善军工企业技术状态管理建议.这为军工企业提高技术状态管理有效性和保证武器装备质量提供了参考.
The new requirements for current military fighting preparations demand for the quality of weapon equipment increasing prominently, while technical state management plays a more and more important role in equipment quality assurance. According to the features of GJB 3206A-2010 standard, this paper poses the existing problems of technical state management and its causes for some military industrial enterprises undertaking the development and production of weapon equipment, and presents some suggestions that could further improve the enterprises＇ technical state management, thus offering a reference for the military industrial enterprises boosting their effectiveness of the technical state management and guarantee of weapon equipment quality.
