摘要
论文从舰船电子装备的研制特点入手,分析了舰船电子装备研制、生产、使用过程中技术状态纪实的要求与特点,提出了精细化的舰船电子装备技术状态纪实范围和基于"一机一档"的管理与控制方法。
This paper starts from the R＆D characteristics of ship electronic equipment, the requirements and character-istics of technological status documents in process of ship electronic equipment research, development, manufacturing and ap-plication are analyzed, and the range of fine-grained ship electronic equipment technological status documents is proposed, as well as the management and control methods based on “one document for one equipment”.
