摘要
通过系统地分析我国物流业服务创新的特点,进而提出影响物流业服务创新的内外部因素,并通过灰色关联分析,具体地研究了各因素对物流业服务创新的影响程度,以供我国物流企业参考。
In this paper, through systematically analyzing the characteristic of the service innovation of the logistics industry of China, we pointed out its internal and external influence factors and then, through grey correlation analysis, specifically studied the level of influence of these factors on the service innovation of the industry.
