摘要
物流服务企业的自主创新可分为原始创新、集成创新、技术引进消化吸收再创新三种类型。自主创新活动的实施受到内部驱动力和外部驱动力的双重影响,其中内部驱动力包括企业人力资源、企业战略和企业文化;外部驱动力包括了技术轨道、制度轨道、服务专业轨道、社会轨道以及现有竞争者、潜在进入者、供应商、顾客等行为者。在这些驱动力的作用下,电子商务模式、典型的R&D模式、破坏性创新模式、合作创新模式将成为未来现代物流服务业自主创新的主要模式。
Logistics service innovation of enterprises can be divided into three types： original innovation, integrated innovation, the introduction of a further digestion and absorption of technology innovation. Internal and external driving forces drive the dual effect on the carrying out of innovation activities, in which the internal driving forces include corporate human resources, corporate strategy and corporate cul- ture; external driving forces include the technical track, institutional track, the professional track, social track and existing competitors, potential entrants, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders. Under these driving forces, the e - commerce model, the typical R＆D model, disruptive innovation model, and collaborative model will be the main models of the future modern logistics industry innovation.
