摘要
目的 :探讨左旋精氨酸在食管癌治疗中的作用。方法 :86例患者随机分为两组 ,实验组术前 15天静脉输注左旋精氨酸 0 .5g/kg·天 ,然后手术。标本行细胞凋亡检查 ,与对照组对比。结果 :实验组肿瘤细胞凋亡阳性率明显高于对照组。结论 :左旋精氨酸可引起食管癌细胞的凋亡 。
Objective:To study the effects of L arginine for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:Eighty six patients were randomly divided into two groups:each of 43 cases in experimental group and control group.L arginine was given at 0.5g/kg/d iv for 15 days prior to operation of the experimental group.Apoptosis in these samples were detected by terminal labeling method and compared with control group.Results:It showed that apoptosis cell in experimental group siginificantly increased than that in control group.Conclusion:It suggests that L arginine plays an important role in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
