摘要
射频识别(RFID)技术具有非接触式信息传递的特点,引入RFID技术能够很好地突破现有滑套工具存在的技术瓶颈,并能大大拓展滑套工具功能。阐述了RFID驱动滑套工具的结构原理及性能特点,分析了基于RFID技术的滑套工具关键技术———井下RFID通信技术、石油井下控制系统和滑套执行单元结构。建议国内研究机构开展井下射频标签、高性能线圈、井下工具控制系统及井下机-电-液一体化微型执行单元的研制,开发基于RFID技术的可往复开关的压裂滑套工具,并拓展其应用范围。
The radio frequency identification (RFID) has the technological feature of non-contact information transmission. The introduction of RFID technology can desirably break through the technological bottleneck existing in current sliding sleeve tool and it can remarkably extend the function of sliding sleeve tool. The structural princi- ple and performance feature of RFID-driven sliding sleeve tool were expounded. The RFID technology-based key technologies of sliding sleeve tool were analyzed, including downhole RFID communication technology, downhole control system and execution unit of sliding sleeve. It is suggested that domestic research should focus on the down- hole RFID tag, high-performance coil, downhole tool control system and micro execution unit of mechanical, elec- trical and hydraulic integration. Also, the fracture sliding sleeve tool with reciprocating switch should be developed on the basis of RFID technology. And the scope of their application should be extended.
