摘要
为了提高油气井长期有效性和作业效率、降低油气井的建井成本,近年来RFID技术在石油领域的应用取得了一定进展。在调研国内外文献的基础上,阐述了RFID技术的原理和基本特点,对其在压裂工具、钻井扩眼工具以及其他井下工具中应用的可行性进行了分析,指出了RFID在井下工具中应用的关键技术。分析结果表明,RFID井下工具比力学或机械式工具具有更大的优势,RFID在井下工具中成功应用的关键是电子元件和电池在高温高压条件下良好的工作状态,开发耐高温高压的电子元件将对RFID的应用和其他通信技术带来革命性改变。
In recent years application of RFID ( Radio Frequency Identification) technology in the field of petroleum has achieved some progress. On the basis of research on the relevant literatures at home and abroad an anal- ysis was conducted with regard to the RFID' s technological principle and basic features, the feasibility of its appli- cation in fracturing tool, drilling reaming tool and other downhole tools. The relevant key technology was expoun- ded. The findings show that compared with dynamic or mechanical tools, the RFID downhole tool has more advan- tages. The key to the successful application of RFID in downhole tools is the operating condition of electronic com- ponent and battery. Therefore, development of high temperature and high pressure-resistant electronic components will bring about revolutionary changes for the application of RFID and other communication technologies.
