摘要
目的:了解我院ICU及非ICU护士手卫生现状及影响因素,为研究防治对策提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对32名ICU护士和33名非ICU护士进行消毒灭菌定义、标准预防、接触隔离、六步洗手法、卫生洗手要点、快速手消毒剂、手卫生指征等相关知识进行调查,并随机抽查部分ICU护士手卫生质量。结果:医院护士手卫生知识知晓率普遍偏低,洗手时机的掌握程度不够,医院护士洗手质量监测结果均达不到院感质控要求,但ICU护士对手卫生知识的掌握程度要好于非ICU护士。结论:手卫生的认知不够影响医院护士洗手的依从性。
Objective：To obtain the knowledge and risk factors of hand hygiene among nursing staff in the department of ICU and non - ICU in the hospital, provide scientific evidence to prevention policy. Methods： We conducted survey on knowledge of definition of disinfection and sterilization, standard preven- tion,contact isolation, six- step hand washing, key points of hand washing,rapid hand disinfectant and hand hygiene indicators,etc. Among 32 nurses from ICU and 33 nurses from non - ICU in terms of questionnaire,evaluated the quality of hand hygiene of nurses which were randomly selected from ICU. Re- suits：Awareness rate of knowledge on hand hygiene among nursing staff is relatively low,they could not fully control the timing of hand -washing. The sur- veillance result of hand washing for nurses in hospital fail to meet the demand of quality control of hospital infection requirement. However,the knowledge of hand washing for the nurses from ICU was better than non - ICU. Conclusion： Inadequacy of knowledge of hand hygiene has influence on compliance of nurs- ing staff in hospital.
