摘要
目的:分析我院医务人员手卫生的现状分析其影响因素,有效提高手卫生的对策,可使各种微生物的感染率明显降低。方法我院自2011年5月~2012年4月对160名医护人员手消毒前后的细菌量及致病菌种进行了监测和统计,发现医护人员操作中手的细菌菌落数在消毒前,手部细菌污染相当严重,菌落均数达到1509cfu/cm2。结果消毒后细菌菌落数量显著减少,平均菌落数为36.667cfu/cm2。结论对手部的认真清洗是控制医院内感染的一项重要措施,是对患者和医护人员双向保护的有效手段。是降低医院感染最简单、最有效、最方便、最经济的措施。
Objective:Analysis on current situation of hand hygiene of medical staf in our hospital and its influencing factors,the ef ective measures to improve hand hygiene.The various microbial infection rate was decreased.Methods:bacteria and pathogenic bacteria in our hospital from 2011 May to 2012 April period of 160 medical personnel hand disinfection were monitored and statistics,found that the operation of medical staf in hand count of bacterial colonies before disinfection,bacterial contamination of the hand is quite serious,colonies were reached 1509cfu/cm2.Results:after disinfection bacterial colonies decreased evidently,and mean colony number is 36.667cfu/cm2.Conclusion:wash hands is an important measure to control the infection in hospital,is an ef ective means of two-way protection of patients and staf.The most simple,is to reduce the most ef ective,the most convenient,the most economical measures of hospital infection.
