摘要
目的:了解综合护理理念在健康体检工作中的作用。方法:以2008～2009年开展体检的数据为对照组,以2010～2011年开展体检的数据为观察组,将两组数据进行统计学处理。结果:运用综合护理理念前后,主动体检人数、服务对象满意度、体检人员检出异常后复诊人数比较都存在统计学差异。结论:通过新的护理模式的运用,健康体检工作的内涵更丰富,服务对象对健康体检和体检工作的满意度均得到了提高。
Objective： To understand the use effects of comprehensive nursing in preventive health inspection and provide a scientific basis for the extensive use of the comprehensive nursing. Methods ： From 2008 to 2009 carry out various data examination as control group ,from 2010 to 2011 carry out various data examination as observation group, the two sets of data were statistical analyzed. Results：After the comprehensive nursing intervention,the numbers of initia- tive physical examination ,the satisfaction and the numbers of referral who were detected abnormal were significantly difference in the observation group than the control group. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the satisfaction of health examination and medical work, and worth promote application
