摘要
目的了解福建省基层妇幼卫生工作服务对象满意度情况,并提出改进措施。方法采用问卷调查法对福建省8家基层妇幼医疗保健机构就诊的服务对象进行调查。结果调查的80名服务对象对妇幼卫生工作的总体满意度不高,在妇幼保健服务技术水平上表示不满意的人数较多(50%);被调查地区的总体服务有效率为60%,提供服务的能力有待提高。结论针对现存的问题,提出应加大政策和资金的投入力度,加强人才队伍建设,改善配套硬件设施,加强地区间的经验交流,加大宣传力度的对策建议。
OBJECTIVE To investigation the satisfaction of service object in Maternity and Child Health Care(MCH) organs and make some suggestions. METHODS Questionnaire surveys were undertaken on the service objects in eight basic MCH organs in Fujian Province. RESULT Service object were dissatisfied with the MCH works, most of them were dissatisfied with the technical level, the rate of effective service was 60% which shows that it' s necessary to prove the capacity of delivering services. CONCLUSIONS In order to resolve the problems, we should strengthen the power of policy and economic supports, improve the maternity and child health care service teams, improve the hardware equipments, enhance the communication between different regions and increase the propaganda ram.
