摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对未婚药物流产患者心理应激因素的影响。方法:2011年1月～2012年1月自行设计调查问卷,对160例未婚药物流产患者心理应激因素进行调查,根据患者心理应激因素进行护理干预,比较干预前后患者心理应激因素改善情况。结果:护理干预后,患者对生殖保健避孕知识的认知程度、恐惧与焦虑及担心疼痛、担心被家长朋友们知道、担心药物的效果、担心发生并发症、担心对以后生育的影响、担心医护人员的服务态度等方面,干预前后比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),干预后患者心理因素明显改善。结论:有针对性的综合护理干预,能使未婚药物流产患者心理应激得到有效的缓解。
Objective：To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients who suffer the drug induced abortion before marriage. Methods ：From January 2011 to January 2012 ,a questionnaire was made to implement the survey on the psychological stress factors of 160 unmarried patients with drug induced abortion,and nursing intervention was performed according to patients＇ psychological stress factors. Results： Compared the psychological stress factor before intervention with the situation after intervention,patients＇ awareness of reproduction health care and contraception, their fear d pain,medical safety,drag effectiveness,complications,effects on the reproduction,and hcalthcare workers＇ attitude,and their anxiety of whether parents and friends would know the abortion, after the intervention there were statistically significant compared with before the intervention（ all P 〈 0.05）. Patients＇ psychologi- cal factors were significantly improved after intervention. Conclusion： Targeted comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the psychological stress of unmarried patients with drug induced abortion.
