摘要
目的 了解癌症患者的社会支持状况。方法 应用肖水源的“社会支持评定量表”调查分析 2 12例癌症患者所获得的社会支持状况。结果 癌症患者获得了较高的社会支持 ,总分为 43.5 8± 9.0 8,与正常人总分 34.5 6± 3.73比较 ,有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1。老年人和男性患者有获得低水平社会支持的危险。结论 通过加强癌症患者社会支持的系列有效措施 。
Objective [WT6BZ]To study the status of sucial sapport for cancer patients.[WT6HZ]Methed [WT6BZ]212 cancer patients were investigated for their starus of social support with Social Support Rating Scale.[WT6HZ]Results [WT6BZ]Compared to the norm with the score of 34.56±3.73, cancer patients received mere social support from family and society with an average score of 43.58±9.08 ( P <0.01).Besides, old or male patients had the risk of less social support.[WT6HZ]Conclusion [WT6BZ]Nurses can play an unique role in psycho social nursing for cancer patients by effective interventions to improve their social support. [WT6HZ]
