摘要 为提高城轨线路应急能力,快速决策并有效应对突发事件,通过引入反馈机制,基于最小偏差原理求得反馈权重,进而根据主观权重、客观权重和反馈权重推算综合权重,构建改进的TOPSIS模型,结合城轨线路应急能力评价指标体系展开实证研究,并将决策评价结果与以往研究进行比较,验证该模型的合理性和科学性。研究结果表明,改进的TOPSIS模型能够克服传统TOPSIS方法的问题和不足,既可以充分发挥以往决策执行效果在后续决策中的影响作用,且能保证评价方案的排序与决策更符合实际,又能识别影响城市轨道交通应急能力的重要因素,优化后续决策方案,为城轨线路及其他问题的应急能力决策优化提供新思路。 In order to accelerate emergency capability of urban rail transit line, make quick decision and deal effectively with some emergency, the improved TOPSIS model was built by introducing feedback mechanism to get feedback weight based on minimum deviation theory, and calculating comprehensive weight according to subjective weight, objective weight and feedback weight. The model was proved to be rational and scientific by the empirical research which combines with evaluation index system of urban rail transit line emergency capability and the comparison of new decision results with the previous ones. The results show that, the model can overcome problems and weakness of traditional TOPSIS; it can give full play to future decision of past decision effects, guarantee the evaluation sort and decision in a more practical way, identify the key factors of influencing the transit line emergency capability and optimize the future decisions to supply new ideas for emergency capability of the transit line and other problems.
