摘要
校园心理剧是以心理剧的理论和技术为基础,通过暖身、表演和分享来对大学生进行心理健康教育的一种有效形式,它能够帮助学生宣泄负性情绪,建立合理认知,激发学生潜能,促进心理健康。校园心理剧实施过程中,应注意加强对指导教师的要求,丰富题材中的健康人格内容,重视演出后的分享环节。
Campus Psychodrama is based on the theory and technology of Psychodrama. It is a kind of effective education approach in the Psychological Health Education. It can help students to express negative emotion, establish rational cognition, arouse potential and promote psychological health. When we carried out the Campus Psychodrama Education , we should attach more requirements to teachers and pay much more attention to the sharing part after finishing the play.
