摘要
导师制是目前我国高校探索育人的新途径和新模式,是融教学改革和学生培养于一体的学生培养模式的创新。本文结合我院实施本科生导师制的情况,总结了实施的成效和经验,反思了实施中存在的问题,提出了进一步完善本科生导师制的建议与思考。
Tutorial system is a brand-new way to cultivate talents in higher education of China. It is an in- novation in talents training system. In the paper, according to the practical performance in our universi- ty, achievements and experience are summarized and reflections are made. To the problems, advice for improvement in undergraduate tutorial system is also given.
