摘要 新媒体形象具有超时空性、中介性、延时性、单一性、隐蔽性等特征,辅导员应提高语言文字能力、熟悉新媒体技术手段,充分发挥新媒体形象传播优势,努力将传统的有限的"在场"形象和"缺场"却无时无处不在的新媒体形象结合起来,实现两种形象的优势互补,努力塑造和展示可亲、可信、可敬的"良师益友"形象。 The new media is characterized by its hyperspace, betweenness, disguise, time- delay and its oneness. In the age of new media, college advisors must improve their language proficiency and fa- miliarize themselves with the new media technology so as to bring into full play the advantage of new media communication. They must try hard to combine their limited presence of traditional image with their absent at the same time ever- present image in the new media, making their respective advantages complementary to each other and striving to establish a scholarly and helpful image that is amiable, dependable and respectable.
