摘要
本文基于2000-2010年全国23个省市医药产业相关数据,运用Malmquist指数动态测算我国医药制造业技术创新效率的影响因素,并通过面板数据计量模型从企业创新资源、行业市场结构和国家制度3个方面分析,提出具有针对性的建议,以此来提高我国医药制造业技术创新效率。
Based on the data of pharmaceutical industry of the 23 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2010, the factors influencing the efficiency of technological innovation of pharmaceutical industry in China were estimated by using Malmquist index and analyzed by the panel data econometric model from three aspects including the resources of enterprise innovation, market structure and national institutions. Some targeted policy suggestions were proposed so as to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of pharmaceutical industry in China.
