摘要 咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)是指以慢性咳嗽为主要表现或唯一表现的特殊类型支气管哮喘。由于其特殊的临床表现易致误诊误治。已有研究表明CVA具有与典型支气管哮喘(classic asthma,CA)相似的病理生理基础,部分患者可发展为CA。对CVA的研究有助于进一步认识哮喘发病过程,改善CVA患者生活质量,避免发展为CA,并减缓肺功能损害。文中将CVA与CA比较,综述CVA的发病机制、诊疗及预后。 Cough variant asthma (CVA) is a special subset of bronchial asthma with chronic cough as the principal or unique presentation. Its distinct clinical manifestations may result in diagnostic errors and mistreatment. Some researches indicate that CVA is basically similar to classic asthma (CA) in pathology and pathophysiology, and may develop into CA in some patients. Studies of CVA may contribute to a further insight into the pathogenesis of asthma, so as to improve the life quality of CVA patients, refrain its progress to CA, and slow down the impairment of lung function. This review focuses on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of CVA.
