摘要 为了研究大气压下绝缘沿面闪络外特性,设计出一台500 kV ns量级上升沿高电压脉冲发生器。它采用正负双边充电的Marx结构,包括6个72 nF/100 kV的脉冲电容器和3个场畸变开关。为了减小回路电感,它采用紧凑型结构。计算和仿真结果表明,当充电电压为80 kV时,开路输出高压脉冲幅值为460 kV,上升时间约为11 ns,满足沿面放电实验要求。 In order to study the external characteristics of surface flashover across insulators at atmospheric conditions, a 500 kV high voltage pulse generator with ns rise time has been designed. The positive and negative bilateral charging Marx structure is used, which includes six 72 nF/100 kV impulse capacitors and three field distortion gap switches. Furthermore a compact architecture is adopted for the sake of low inductance. It is showed by the theoretical calculation and simulation results that the peak voltage of the open output is 460 kV, and the rise time is 11 ns when the energy storage capacitors are charged to 80 kV, which fully meets the requirement of the surface flashover experiment.
