摘要
农民工问题一直是社会关注的热点,其中,如何提高农民工素质的问题正日显迫切。新生代农民工已成为农民工群体的主体,作为未来劳动力市场的生力军,其教育问题已关系到国家发展和社会的稳定与进步。基于面向新生代农民工教育的研究,进一步认识农民工教育研究的特点与问题,从而对已有研究进行分析归纳,对新生代农民工开展网络高等学历教育进行思考,为后续研究做好理论铺垫。
The issue of migrant workers has been the focus of attention in society,especially the matter of their personal quality.A new generation has taken up the greatest proportion of migrant workers,and they are becoming the major force in the future labor market,thus their education problem would exert a great impact on the national development as well as social stability and progress.This paper reviews research on higher education oriented towards new generation migrant workers,and summarizes its characteristics and themes.The paper proposes some questions for future study like employing the internet to provide diploma-oriented higher education to those workers.
