摘要
农民融入市民社会是城镇化发展的内在目标 ,同时也是实现城市稳定与维护城市秩序的重要保证。在实现这一社会变迁的过程中 ,社区教育应依托其特点与优势 ,重点突出对农民的技术能力、行为规范和市民观念的教育 ,提升农民的生存能力、规则意识和公共产品的保护意识 ,实现农民角色的转换 ,推动城镇化进程。
Integrating peasants into the citizen society is the inner goal of the development of towns, and meanwhile an important guarantee of the city stability and order. In the course of realizing the changes of society, the community education should rely on its characteristics and advantages to stress especially the education of peasants' technique and ability, behavior stipulation and the concept of citizens, to promote peasants' ability of survival, consciousness of regulation and consciousness of protecting the public goods, to realize the change of the peasants' role and promote the urbanization process.
