中国“超级耐药细菌”流行原因与控制措施探讨 被引量:7

摘要 抗生素是一类对人体或动物细胞没有明确不良作用、对微生物有特异性杀灭或抑制作用的物质,由真菌、细菌或其他生物在繁殖过程中产生,也可用人工修饰和合成的方法制造。抗生素的出现和使用是现代医学发展的重要里程碑。据统计,自20世纪青霉素问世后的20年间(1935--1955年),人类平均寿命延长了近8岁。但20世纪70年代抗生素研制的黄金时期过后,新批准上市的抗生素品种在逐渐减少。
