摘要
目的观察银屑胶囊口服联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例给予银屑胶囊口服联合窄谱中波紫外线照射;对照组60例,仅给予窄谱中波紫外线照射。两组均治疗12周判效。结果治疗组有效率为81.67%,对照组有效率为58.33%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑胶囊口服联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,不良反应发生率低。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yin-xie Capsule combined with narrow band ultraviolet B in the treat-ment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in treatment group were treated with Yin-xie Capsule oral, combined with narrow band ul-traviolet B. And 60 cases in control group were only given narrow band ultraviolet B. All of the patients in the two groups were treated for 12 weeks to evaluate the curative effect. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 81.67% and in the control group was 58.33%. There was a significant difference be-tween the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is effective of Yin-xie Capsule combined with narrow band ultraviolet B for psoriasis vulgaris, and it has low side effect.
