摘要
目的分析3例具有皮肤黏膜表现的艾滋病的误诊原因。方法回顾性分析本院门诊2009-2011年接诊的3例艾滋病患者的临床资料、皮肤表现及误诊情况。结果 3例均为经性传播途径感染的成年患者,例1具有多种皮肤表现:干燥、瘙痒、色素沉着、念珠菌口腔炎,同时合并二期梅毒;例2为艾滋病相关型Kaposi肉瘤,龟头部位有皮损;例3以反复发作的马拉色菌毛囊炎为首发表现。3例患者在确诊为艾滋病前均被误诊。结论艾滋病具有多种皮肤表现,易被误诊,应引起高度重视,医生接诊时应详细询问病史和体检,并增强对该病的认识。
Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of three cases of AIDS which had cutaneous manifesta-tions. Methods Three cases of patients with AIDS came from our outpatient clinic during 2009 - 2011, and the clinical data and the causes of misdiagnosis were retrospective analyzed. Results Three cases of a-dults patients were infected with HIV by sexual transmission. The first patient of our paper had diversified dermatological manifestations, such as xerosis, pruritus, generalized skin hyperpigmentation, oral candidia-sis, also, he had the secondary syphilis at the same time. The second patient of our paper who had eruptions on his balanus had Kaposi sarcoma related to AIDS. The third patient had recurrent Malassezia folliculitis on her neck and chest and back. All these three cases were misdiagnosised before came to our clinic. Conclu-sion Patients with AIDS had many dermatological manifestations, and were often misdiagnosed. The doctor should ask about the medical hostory carefully when receiving new patients, and should enchance their ac- knowledge about such disease.
